If you are an alternative health practitioner looking for a space to offer your services and run your business, you’re in the right place. Customize your rental with a variety of rates and add-ons to choose from and get your business started.  Read below for more details:


Below are the hours currently available for rent each week:


Mondays:  8:00am – 6:00pm

Tuesdays:  2:00pm – 5:00pm

Wednesdays:  2:00pm – 6:00pm

Thursdays:  2:00pm – 6:00pm

Fridays:  2:00pm – 7:00pm

Saturdays:  8:00am – 10:00pm

Sundays: 8:00am – 10:00pm


~ Per-use rates:  $20/hr

~ Flat-fee rates:

Up to 6 hours per week = $200/mo

Up to 8 hours per week = $250/mo

Up to 12 hours per week = $300/mo

Up to 16 hours per week = $400/mo

~ Flat-fee + commission rate:

Unlimited use = $250/mo + 10% commission

~ Minimum lease period:  6 months

Add-ons are optional features you can choose to customize your rental experience


Biomat:  $100/mo

  • Take advantage of our far-infrared healing mat.  Use it as an add-on feature for your client’s appointments and charge your clients per session for its use.  Great way to generate a passive income if you have enough clientele.

Online Scheduler:  $20/mo

  • Give yourself and your clients the convenience of online booking.  Waste no more time and energy emailing back and forth to confirm appointment dates & times.
  • Complete with auto-emailing for appointment confirmations, changes, cancellations, reminders, and so on.
  • Have clients fill out secure encrypted intake forms during their booking process.  Eliminate the need for paper filing, printing, copying, and lost time.
  • Intelligent algorithms group your appointments together for you, minimizing large annoying gaps of empty time between clients.
  • Offer add-on services (like our biomat) as additions to what you already offer.
  • Many other features included.
  • This Add-on is included in the monthly fee for “Per-Use” renters.

Linens:  $15/mo

  • Don’t have your own sheets?  Use ours.

Storage:  $10/mo

  • Store your sheets, files, oils, acupuncture needles, for-sale items, esthetics supplies, and other supplies at the office

Printer:  $10/mo

  • Covers paper, ink, and printer maintenance

Complete add-ons package:  $120/mo  (all of the above add-ons in one)


Parking Pass:  $50 one-time fee  ~  allows for all day parking (parking is otherwise restricted to three consecutive hours per day)

The Saanich Plaza, in which our office is located, has an abundance of free parking and is situated in a low-congestion traffic area.  Your clients can easily come and go without the stress of busy downtown conditions.
